Working Out on True Beauty
This week on True Beauty, the first challenge is a physical fitness challenge. They have to go through a series of fitness challenges, inclduing being weighed on a scale that adds around 10 lbs to their weight. The other part of the challenge that they don’t know about is that the teenages who are assiting them are also judging them. Laura is the most whiny because she is not into working out. She’s also mad cause she weighs in at 118 lbs. I only wish.
Then when the beauties come into eat, they set up the kids all at one table, except for one poor kid who sits all alone. Billy joins the group and ignores the lonely kid; Julia talks to the lonely kid and asks after him; Joel talks to the group but ignores the loner; Laura doesn’t talk to anyone; Ray talks to the group but not only does he ignore the loner, he comments that he is going to grow up to be a sniper.
When it comes to judgment time, Vanessa tears up the scores and tells them that the kids will be telling them who is the most beautiful. Laura is thrilled because she believes she is the most beautiful and that they will vote for her. Joel is now worried. They rank them in this order: Joel first, then Billy and Julia, and then in the bottom two, Laura and Ray.
The final challenge for Ray and Laura is a homeless guy who knocks over his shopping cart full of cans right in front of them on their way into the Hall of Beauty. Unbelievably, both Laura and Ray help the guy pick up his cans. I didn’t think Laura had it in her.
Going home this week: Ray. I’m not even sure why, but its probably because its good to have two girls and two guys left and not just one girl and three guys. But whatever. I’m really getting so annoyed with these people. The judges, too, cause they are such really bad actors. It makes me cringe sometimes. But I’m gonna see it out til the end. There can’t be too many more weeks, right?
